Homeless Action Team (HAT)

The Clare Homeless Action Team is managed by Clare County Council.

Agency’s role and service provision

The Clare Homeless Action Team is based in Clare County Council’s offices, managed by the Council, and the team includes staff from the Council and other agencies including Novas, Focus Ireland and the HSE. The Team will carry out an assessment initially and following this provide support and advice to people who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness, in conjunction with their assessment of their needs. Where appropriate, assistance can be given with emergency accommodation.
